Alexander Konovalov

Alexander Konovalov was born in 1948.
At 1976 he graduated from art and graphic department of Vitebsk Pedagogical Institute (now Vitebsk State Pedagogical University).
A member of the Belarusian Union of Artists since 1995.
A member of the International Art Association "Sunny square" since 1998
