Valentina Shoba was born in Mozyr (Gomel region, Belarus) in 1964
1982 - graduated from the Republican Art and Music school named after Ivan Akhremchik (Minsk).
1989 - graduated from Belarusian State Institute of Art and Theatre (now Belarusian State Academy of Arts), Graphic department, Minsk, Belarus. Her teachers were Vasily Sharangovich, Vladimir Savitch. (Graduation work - illustrations for the novel by Vladimir Karatkevich "Christ landed in Grodno").
The participant of exhibitions since 1985.
1991 - member of the Belarusian Union of Artists.
1992 - Prize for the best graphic work of the year.
1998 - Honourable mention prize at the youth fair "Time, personality, space."
1998 - medal for achievement in visual arts.
2004 - Award "For culture and art advancement" by A.Dubko.
Works are in funds of Belarusian National Art Museum, Grodno historical and archaeological museum, Belarusian Union of Artists, Museum of Modern Art in Minsk.
