Siarhei Tsimokhau

was born in 1960 in village Krotau (Gomel region, Belarus).

1979 – graduated from Minsk Art College.

1984 – graduated from Belarusian State Academy of Arts. (Section of monumental painting).

Since 1999 – lives in Minsk.

Siarhei Tsimokhau is a member of Belarusian Union of Artists since 1989.

Works of art by Siarhei Tsimokhau are in funds of Museum of Modern Art (Minsk, Belarus), Belarusian Union of Artists (Minsk, Belarus), Ministry of Culture of Belarus (Moscow, Russia), Mark Chagall Museum (Vitebsk, Belarus), National Polotsk Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve (Belarus), “Galleria stuki Katarzyny Napiorkowskaj” (Warsaw, Poland), “Walentowski Gallery” (Dresden, Germany).

Siarhei Tsimokhau is a prize-winner of “The Second Mark Chagall art camp” (1997), Grand Prix winner of 8-th Biennial of Illustration “The Golden Pen of Belgrade” (2003).
