Andrei Krylov was born in the family of painter Valentin Krylov in 1962 in Vitebsk region.
He graduated from Bryansk Art College.
Studied art at studio of National Artist V. Vorobyov.
Since 1985 till 1987 he studied art at the studio of Professor Mylnikov (The St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Fine Arts, Sculpture and Architecture, named after I.E.Repin).
Since 1991 - member of Belarusian Union of Artists.
Participated the First International Chagall Plain-air in Vitebsk (1994).
